Came here for lunch yesterday with work friends, and overall, it was a really lovely experience. We did run into an issue where part of our food order hadn’t been processed, even though it had been paid for. After waiting about 30 minutes, we brought it to the attention of the staff and managers. The response was handled really well. Manager Patricia was very understanding and apologetic. When we asked if we could have something complimentary while we waited, she kindly offered us a free round of drinks. This was both generous and fair, considering the delay and the amount we spent. The bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive impression. I especially appreciated that our concerns were addressed quickly and without any back-and-forth. Shoutout to Patricia and Abena for their great communication and service — it made all the difference. Thank you for turning a small hiccup into a great customer experience!

Really good atmosphere, restaurant is kept clean. Very tidy with the water dispenser, cutlery, plates, sauces. The place is very big and wide, very comfortable to dine here. Service has been great even there was no 10% discretionary charge (because you pay by phone using qr code). Generally just a very nice place to have Nando’s. One of the best outlet I have been. Love it.

The food at this Nando’s is absolutely delicious. Every staff member is very friendly, especially Mujtaba. He is incredibly patient, professional, and heartwarming. Since I live nearby, I’ve dined at this branch many times and truly, highly recommend it.

I heard that the Nando's in Battersea Power station was worth a visit and I was not disappointed. The staff kept an eye on the queue to get a table and the service was efficient and high standard. One of the staff members assigned to organise seating asked me if I'd like to sit down whilst I wait as I had my 3yo with me and I thought that was very thoughtful of her. We were seated pretty quickly in the end, considering it was peak time on a Sunday afternoon. The food area and our table was clean and tidy. The facilities were working perfectly. Definitely glad we paid a visit. Will be returning.

Love Nando’s always. Tried a chicken pita with halloumi today, it was so juicy and the cheese was perfect. Lemon&Herb sauce is a must try. The staff at this spot are also really lovely!

I had an amazing experience at Nando’s Battersea Power Station! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two lovely, energetic ladies—Frieda and Petra. Their warm welcome and friendly smiles instantly set the tone for a great visit. The service was outstanding—they were attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. Their enthusiasm and positive energy created such a welcoming atmosphere, making my meal even more enjoyable. On top of that, the food was fresh, delicious, and arrived quickly. It’s not every day you come across such a fantastic team that genuinely cares about customer experience. Big thanks to Frieda and Petra for making my visit so special—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our first visit to Nando’s in Battersea was a fun and flavorful experience! This Portuguese-African-inspired restaurant lives up to its reputation for bold and exciting flavors. Food: We tried the peri-peri chicken, corn, garlic bread, broccoli, and the butterfly peri-peri with Fanta hot sauce. Each dish was delicious, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. One of the highlights was experimenting with the different sauces, from hot to extra-extra-extra hot, and each had its own unique kick and character. They were all so good we kept coming back for more. Drinks: The beverages were equally delightful. The iced peach tea and the strawberry dragonfruit drink were refreshing and balanced out the spiciness of the meal perfectly. Experience: It was a fun dining experience that both my kids and I enjoyed. The casual and vibrant atmosphere, combined with the friendly service, made for a relaxed and memorable outing. If you’re looking for a place with flavorful food, a great selection of sauces, and a lively vibe, Nando’s in Battersea is definitely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!
